Teachers/Tutors – Part-Time
We are seeking passionate and experienced tutors for all subject areas K-12, including ACT prep! This part-time position offers competitive pay of $20-22/hr, serving students in Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas. High demand areas include Elementary Reading (especially for students with learning disabilities or in need of reading… intervention), High School STEM, and ACT prep (especially scores of 30+ on the ACT).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Associates degrees or equivalent are also encouraged to apply).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in your area of expertise.
• Experience with learning disabilities or reading intervention is a plus for reading tutors.
• A strong background in STEM subjects or ACT prep (especially those with high personal scores) is highly desirable.
Location:
• Applicants must reside in Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, or nearby communities. This is an in-person tutoring role, not a virtual position.

What we look for in a tutor:
• At least 1 year of teaching, tutoring, or other education-related experience.
• Subject matter expertise in the area you wish to tutor.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to tutor in the Northwest Arkansas area.
