What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Engage students in course-related topic discussions and assignments
– Provide timely feedback and respond to student questions and concerns
– Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution
– TCSPP training in online pedagogy or equivalent experience
– Experience with LMS portals (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
– Work experience and/or training in IO Psychology and related topics
– Strong commitment to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Doctoral degree
– Experience teaching or publishing quantitative/qualitative methodology, research design & methodology
– Good command of statistics
