Position Summary
Northern New Mexico College (NNMC) is a public two-year and four-year degree granting institution founded in 1909 by the New Mexico Constitution.
Applications are invited for adjuncts to teach Physical Education courses in Fall 2024. Duties & Responsibilities
• Teach Physical Education Courses in-person in Espanola on-campus (A one-hour credit physical education course requires one hour and forty minutes of contact time per week).
• Physical Education courses can be found in the catalog https : / / nnmc.edu / wp-content / uploads / 2023 / 10 / NNMC-Fall-2023-Summer-2024-Academic Catalog-10-18-23.
pdf and include conditioning, resistance training, and basketball.
• Organize syllabi with student learning outcomes and clear grading policies.
• Submit midterm and final grades for courses.
• Instruct courses safely.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Relevant degrees in physical education or related field, experience teaching physical education courses, or certifications
