Position Overview:
Miami Metropolitan University is seeking an experienced Adjunct Finance Instructor to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, a passion for teaching, and prior experience instructing at the university level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lectures on finance topics.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student assignments and exams.
• Maintain office hours for student consultation and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and high-quality education.
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctorate in Finance, MBA with a concentration in Finance, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the university level.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial theory, investment, corporate finance, and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student success and academic excellence.
