**Overview:**
Newman University, a mission-driven, Catholic, liberal arts university, seeks an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration to teach courses in Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Leadership, Business Analytics, Agribusiness, and other related fields. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and have a passion for… teaching and mentoring students. **Responsibilities:**
• Teach courses in Business Administration, including Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Leadership, Business Analytics, and Agribusiness, in online and/or face-to-face learning environments
• Provide students with prompt feedback on assignments, quizzes, and exams
• Submit mid-term and final grades on Jet Stream by designated deadlines
• Utilize the Learning Management System (Canvas) and other technology as appropriate
• Report performance assessment data as required/requested
• Consult with the Dean or Assistant Dean of the School of Business regarding concerns
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary
• *Qualifications:**
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
• Ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with university faculty and staff, students, and the general public
• Ability to teach onsite in Wichita, Garden City, or Dodge City, Kansas
