What is Required (Qualifications):
– An earned doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a regionally accredited institution
– Current active license/certification in mental health counseling
– Minimum of three years teaching experience in an online setting
– Experience mentoring doctoral students and writing curriculum
– Strong commitment to diversity, cultural sensitivity, and excellence in teaching

– Membership in an educational leadership organization
– Experience presenting at professional conferences
– Demonstrated success in engaging learners and enhancing their educational experience
– Evidence of scholarly writing and research contributions
