The Department of Behavioral Sciences at Flagler College invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 2024. Responsibilities include teaching introductory and upper-level undergraduate courses, conducting research, and contributing to the first-year program, student advising, and service assignments. Applicants must demonstrate sincere… interest and ability in undergraduate teaching and an established record of scholarship. Preferred applicants will be able to teach required courses, including Research Methods, and contribute to our CORE (Gen-Ed) program. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.

Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Psychology. ABDs will be considered but must have a documented completion date prior to appointment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching our required Psychology courses, including Research Methods, contributions to general education, and with the ability to involve undergraduates in research
