We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Computer Science and AI tutors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, artificial intelligence, and programming. They will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and skill levels.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct personalized tutoring sessions in computer science and AI.
• Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on students’ needs and academic goals.
• Help students understand complex concepts, solve problems, and complete assignments.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Occasionally accompany students on educational excursions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience in computer science and AI.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, and experience with AI frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation Package:
• $50-$70 an hour for direct teaching hours
• $35 an hour for administrative tasks
