Job Description Copy Manager Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced and creative Copy Manager to lead our copywriting team and oversee the development, editing, review, and approval of compelling content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for crafting engaging narratives that… resonate with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance and support Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that aligns with business goals and marketing strategies. Review and edit copy for quality, clarity, and continuity, ensuring all content meets the company’s standards. Create and implement copywriting processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of copy experience Minimum 3+ years of management experience Experience running a high volume in-house copy team Proven ability to influence up and across in matrixed organizations Strong point of view on copy and brand best practices while championing collaboration and working with internal and external stakeholders Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority tasks, manage your day-to-day schedule, and hit deadlines consistently The pay range for this position is $139,312 to $258,722. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
