What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Assist school-based teams in developing school-wide strategic plans
– Conduct data analysis and action planning
– Provide feedback to CRTs on professional development and instructional best practices
– Collaborate with school-based leadership on professional development priorities
– Assist in the planning and delivery of area and state meetings and trainings
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Curriculum Instruction preferred
– 2-5 years of related experience and/or training
– Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, educational technology, and mobile communication devices
– Strong commitment to the company’s mission
– Ability to travel within and outside the state as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Experience in curriculum development and oversight
– Familiarity with special programs such as Cambridge, Academies, etc.
