This role demands flexibility and adaptability, navigating responsibilities that span from straightforward tasks to complex strategic initiatives, ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of business objectives.Key Areas of Responsibility:Prospect and Engage: Initiate and cultivate relationships with school districts to promote and advocate for the adoption of TeacherLists comprehensive supply list management solutions.Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders within school districts, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term retention.Develop and Maintain Systems: Create and uphold robust data management systems and streamlined processes that support the entire customer life cyclefrom initial engagement through to ongoing support and retention.Implement Retention Strategies: Strategize and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing long-term adoption of TeacherLists products, ensuring sustained engagement and satisfaction among customers.Conduct Product Demonstrations and Training: Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and training sessions to prospects and clients, ensuring they maximize their utilization of TeacherLists services.Represent School Family Media/TeacherLists at Conferences and Trade Shows: Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador at industry conferences and trade shows, promoting the brand and building relationships with stakeholders.Support Marketing Efforts to Expand School Leader Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies aimed at increasing engagement with school leaders, leveraging your knowledge of TeacherLists solutions to effectively communicate value propositions and foster relationships.Report on School Engagement Metrics, Identify Growth Opportunities, and Improve Conversions: Analyze and report on school engagement metrics, leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance conversion rates for TeacherLists solutions.Achieve Annual Sales and Retention Goals with New and Existing Clients: Drive achievement of annual sales targets and retention goals by cultivating relationships with new prospects and maintaining strong connections with existing clients, ensuring sustained satisfaction and loyalty to TeacherLists solutions.Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:A self-starter, great at navigating through ambiguityComfortable making cold/warm calls (as a primary method of outreach)Excited about serving as an evangelist of TeacherLists and confident in building relationships and speaking to school administrators and staff members.Persistent and self-confident in their approach, with the ability to experience rejection, learn and adapt.Eager to collaborate closely with the other team members to meet and exceed defined goals.Interested in building technical skills and learning about MYSQL reporting and propriety tools.Be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in education or related field; former teachers encouraged to apply.Experience in K-12 education sector strongly preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with cold/warm calling and relationship building.Willingness to learn technical skills such as MYSQL reporting and proprietary tools.Ability to travel overnight (4-6 times per year) for multiple nights per trip.How to Apply:Interested candidates should follow the link above to apply for the position.
