We are currently seeking full-time elementary and intermediate school teachers for our private school catering to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Teachers with special education, elementary, secondary, and collaborative degrees, or retired teachers are encouraged to apply. Current Alabama teaching credentials are preferred, however, out-of-state credentials, expired credentials, or those… who have completed degree requirements toward their credential will be considered.
Class sizes are small, with no more than 6 students without additional support, to provide personalized education. Additional training as a Registered Behavior Technician will be provided to assist teachers working with children with Autism.
Responsibilities include working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and participating in training opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay is offered, taking into account experience and education. The Riley Center Behavioral and Educational Center provides students with a personalized education program and teachers with small class sizes. Full-time positions are available, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
