We’re Looking for Amazing Teachers for Grades 1 through 5!
What You’ll Do
Ignite Curiosity: Lead engaging weekly Zoom sessions, making learning fun with virtual field trips and monthly virtual lunch gatherings.
Support Success: Grade assignments, update progress, and assist students in creating their personalized educational plans.
Communicate & Connect: Maintain regular communication with students, families, and team leaders through various channels.
Stay Organized: Keep detailed online activity logs and participate in enjoyable, mandatory team meetings.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Certification: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field and possess a valid Michigan teaching certification. If you’re not currently certified in Michigan, you’ll need to obtain certification within 2 months of hire.
Virtual Experience: You have experience with virtual teaching and are adept at managing an online classroom.

What We Offer
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.81 per hour, based on a Standard Michigan teaching certificate.
Flexible Work Environment: Work from anywhere within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones in the U.S. with a reliable internet connection.
Required Work Hours: 8 AM to 3 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
