Duties
• Initiate engaging and interesting lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups and proficiency levels.
• Adapt interactive lesson plans to support student learning and development…
• Provide regular and detailed feedback on daily assessment forms.
• Employ various teaching methods to fit individual learning styles.
• Foster a positive and welcoming classroom environment.
• Conduct personalized 1:1 online sessions lasting 25, 15, and 7 minutes.
• Utilize digital tools such as interactive whiteboards, chat boxes, image sharing, videos, and more.
Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of second language teaching methodologies for non-native speakers.
• Experience teaching students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Ability to customize teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
• Proficiency in creating lesson plans and modifying the curriculum.
• Skilled in instructing ESL learners in speaking, reading, and text comprehension techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university REQUIRED.
• Must be a citizen of the US, Canada, or the UK. (Applications from other countries will not be considered.)
• Must have a landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi is not acceptable).
• English must be your FIRST Language.
• Working headset with a microphone (Earbuds are not acceptable).
• Passport or Driver’s License for identification purposes.
• Clean and professional background and workspace setup.
• Display a professional demeanor and attire.
• Teaching experience, including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or related roles, is preferred but not required.
• Teaching certificates and ESL credentials are desired but not mandatory.
Work Hours:
• AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (18:00-22:00 PM EST) – Depending on availability
• PM Shift: 19:00-23:00 PM KST (06:00-10:00 AM EST) – Preferred and Priority
• *KST=Korean Standard Hours
• -Applicants must commit to working a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (M-F)
