We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced English Instructor to join our Young Scholars team!
About Young Scholars…
Young Scholar is an institution dedicated to the academic enrichment of students from Pre-K through 12th grade. It was started with the student in mind, offering personal student to teacher guidance and allowing maximum understanding and clarification in complicated subjects, such as the ISEE/SSAT, SAT, and Advanced Placement classes. At our institute, classes are specifically designed and tailored to meet the needs of each student.
Responsibilities
Teach individual or group of 2-3 students on subjects such as English [Reading / Writing / Vocabulary / AP] and History [Civics / World / Europe / AP] as well as test taking skills in the ISEE/SSAT and SAT.
Come to the academy with lessons prepared beforehand (you will have access to all of our teaching materials and library).
Be flexible with the format of teaching as some students will only take online classes.
