Teachers will perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
-Teach the class fun and in an active way, different learning tools can be utilized…
-Teach in dynamic classes that focus on instruction and developing skills, not on rote memorization
-Thoughtfully plan daily lessons in all content areas and implement specific strategies to meet the needs of all students
-Employ a variety of instructional techniques, and performance assessments to promote learning, creativity and collaboration
-Communicate and enforce high expectations and standards for behavior and performance
-Initiate and maintain timely communication with parents
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry
• In-depth knowledge of Chemistry/AP Chemistry
• At least two years of Chemistry/AP Chemistry teaching/tutoring experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
• After school
• Evenings as needed
Experience:
• Teaching high school chemistry: 2 years (Required)
• teaching AP chemistry: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
• Teaching Certification (Preferred)
