## Duties
– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
– Utilize learning technology to enhance classroom instruction
– Assess student learning through various methods including standardized testing
– Provide individualized support to students to help them achieve academic success
– Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
– Manage classroom activities effectively, including discipline and behavior management
## Requirements
– Experience working with high school students
– Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
– Strong classroom management skills
– Knowledge of educational theories and practices
– Ability to calculate grades accurately and provide constructive feedback
– Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methodologies is beneficial
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
