Duties:
– Provide individual or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
– Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student…
– Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
– Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
– Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
– Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share resources and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Experience working with students or children, preferably in an educational setting.
– Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of students.
– Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn.
– Familiarity with preschool or adult education programs is a plus.
