We are looking to hire multiple licensed special education teachers for a full time position located near Epsom, North Carolina.
Responsibilities:
• Teach functional academics, vocational skills, and social-emotional development.
• Design and implement lesson plans tailored to IEP goals and individual needs.
• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to provide holistic support.
• Utilize assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Prepare students for post-secondary transitions, including employment and independent living.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
• North Carolina teaching license in Special Education (Moderate/Severe Disabilities preferred).
• Experience with functional and vocational training programs.
