Virtual for Idaho Special Education Teachers- FULL TIME POSITIONS
Overview Summary:
As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. Your role will involve providing specialized instruction tailored to each student’s requirements, adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary. Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to promote students’ social, emotional, and academic growth will be a key focus. Collaborating with colleagues, support staff, and parents to develop effective strategies and interventions will play a vital role in achieving students’ educational goals. Monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings will also be part of your duties. Staying updated on the latest research, best practices, and legal requirements in special education will ensure your instruction remains effective and compliant.
Education & Experience:
· Master’s degree required in Special Education
· Required valid Idaho Teaching Certificate and License
· 2 years of experience in a school setting (preferably remote school teaching work)
· Pass background check and other clearances if necessary
· MUST BE FULL TIME
