Teaching hours per week: 20 hours (on average); maximum of 24 teaching hours; no office hours after probation

• Degree: Bachelors diploma or higher
• Teaching certification: 120HR TESOL/TEFL certification
• Learn more about TEFL Certification options
• Can currently only hire candidates from the UK, Ireland, or Canada due to travel bans

Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering lessons to young learners
• Using electronic media and courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
• Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement
• Participating in social activities with students organized by your school
• Maintaining regular office hours
Compensation & Benefit Package
• Age of students: 3-15
• Contract: 12 months (2 months probation period)
• Flight: Single flight ticket reimbursed after probation period
• Housing: 2 weeks hotel stay upon arrival and housing assistance loan
• Ending bonus: End of contract bonus of 5,000 RMB
• Base Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 RMB/month for 69 teaching hours per month (average 17 teaching hours per week)
• Overtime pay for every hour over 69 in a month, up to 24 hours per week max; potential to earn up to 24,000 RMB per month with a maximum of 24 teaching hours per week!
• Average total salary is 25-30K RMB per month
• Paid vacation: 10 days plus 11 Chinese national holidays annually
• Sick leave granted
• Unpaid vacation: Available upon request, but must be approved
• Visa: Sponsored work visa
• Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance
