VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher in Montana to design, organize, and implement customized instructional programs in a virtual environment, supporting students in reaching their academic potential.
Primary Responsibilities…
• Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student’s specific needs.
• Continuously assess student progress and make recommendations for curriculum adjustments and necessary accommodations.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to ensure student success.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must hold a valid Montana Special Education Teaching License.
• Montana Special Education Teaching Certification is also required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school environment.
• Must have all required clearances to work in public or charter schools.
• Experience in early childhood education is preferred.
• Availability to work 37.5 hours per week.
• Position is for the 2023-2024 school year.
Caseload:
• Manage a caseload of 20-25 students.
