Position Overview
Envision yourself at SCC as a full-time faculty member specializing in Multimedia and Interactive Business Technology starting in Fall 2023. We are seeking a passionate individual dedicated to delivering excellence in teaching, promoting student learning, utilizing technology in instruction, and contributing to student success initiatives at the department, division, and college level.
Responsibilities
• Conduct a minimum of 15 credit-hour teaching load per semester
• Develop course curriculum and instructional materials
• Collaborate with student groups such as Phi Beta Lambda
• Participate in departmental and college committees
• Understand and address the needs of a diverse student population
Qualifications
• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in a related field
• Possess strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
• Familiarity with Quality Matters standards
• Prior experience teaching at the college level preferred
• Comfortable with online instruction
