**Overview:** The Natomas Unified School District is seeking a highly qualified Music Teacher to instruct an online/hybrid music course (“music appreciation”) for the spring semester (23-24 school year). As a member of our Virtual Instruction Program (ViP), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education to our students. **Responsibilities:**
• Teach an online/hybrid music… course… (“music appreciation”) to students in the spring semester (23-24 school year)
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
• Utilize technology to provide instructional leadership, assess student performance, and communicate effectively with students and parents
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment that fosters social-emotional well-being and academic growth
• *Qualifications:**
• Possession of a valid Single Subject Music credential
• Ability to teach choir, orchestra, and band if/as needed/applicable
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• English Learner Authorization issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing
• Successful interview and reference checks
