Rate: $70-$75 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:
• Assess and Evaluate: Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ speech and language needs from afar.
• Create Customized Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans to help clients make progress.
• Lead Virtual Sessions: Conduct engaging and effective online therapy sessions.
• Work with Families: Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client success.
What We’re Looking For:
• California Teaching Certificate: Essential for this role to meet California educational system requirements.
• Valid License: Current Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• IEP Experience: Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is needed.
• SEIS Knowledge: Familiarity with Special Education Information System (SEIS) is a must.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Great Communicator: Strong verbal and digital communication skills.
• Passionate: A true dedication to helping clients improve their communication abilities.
