Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one sessions to students preparing for the NCLEX exam.
• Develop customized study plans and materials tailored to individual student needs…
• Explain complex nursing concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Assist students with test-taking strategies and time management.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest NCLEX exam content and changes.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
Qualifications:
• Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
• Experience in tutoring or teaching, especially in NCLEX preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of NCLEX exam content and format.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Proficiency with online tutoring tools and technology.
