• Possess a US educational background spanning from K12 to university, demonstrating strong English language proficiency and educational knowledge.
• Be a native English speaker with impeccable pronunciation and excellent oral communication skills, along with proven teaching techniques.
• Have at least 1-2 years of experience teaching English to children, familiar with teaching methodologies and… strategies for young learners and adolescents.
• Be able to independently design and execute teaching plans, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Be passionate about education, patient, and caring, with a talent for building strong relationships with children.
• Demonstrate excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptability to diverse cultural environments, and effective communication with families from various backgrounds.
• Commit to a 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling options, prioritizing teaching quality and efficiency.
• Embrace challenges, exhibit teamwork spirit, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment. 1、Provide high-quality English tutoring services for three children, including two 2-3-year-old and one 10-year-old.
• Design and implement individualized English learning plans tailored to each child’s age and proficiency level, ensuring engaging and effective lessons.
• Establish and manage your own teaching system, including curriculum planning, material selection, teaching methodologies, and assessment mechanisms.
• Accompany and tutor the older child during a summer camp in the United States, facilitating their language immersion and cultural experiences.
• Maintain close communication with parents, regularly updating them on the child’s progress and collaborating on the adjustment of teaching plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment that inspires students’ interest, confidence, and holistic development
