We are a leading accredited online language school looking for passionate Arabic Language instructors to teach high school and middle school students in an online environment. Our students, typically aged 12 to 18, are often studying Arabic to fulfill their World Language requirements. We offer a range of courses from Middle School and High School Levels 1-6+, including conversational and… test/prep courses.
Our curriculum is designed to align with ACTFL standards, focusing on real-world communication rather than traditional textbooks. Instead, we use ACTFL Can-Do Statements to guide our lessons, and our syllabi are crafted to support a textbook-free teaching approach. Instructors are provided with a Resource Library but are encouraged to develop and use their own teaching materials. We utilize Project-Based Learning and assess students through projects rather than quizzes or exams.

Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online lessons via Microsoft Teams.
Assign and evaluate homework and projects.
Monitor and track students’ grades and progress.
Engage students and support their academic success.
Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience teaching Arabic, either online or in a school setting.
Native-like proficiency in Arabic.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office.
Strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
Availability to work within US time zones (PST), with evening availability preferred.
