Established in 2020, we’ve experienced remarkable growth! What started as a focus on all levels of math has expanded to include English Language Arts (ELA), sciences, languages, test preparation, computer science, and business math, in addition to core math subjects.
We’re currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Calculus tutors to join our team. To optimize your schedule, you should be prepared to tutor a range of Math topics beyond Calculus, covering levels from 6th Grade through College.
As a Tutor, Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Communicating professionally and promptly with students, clients, and our team
Assessing each student’s current understanding of the subject matter
Creating and implementing customized lesson plans tailored to individual needs
Providing clear and engaging instruction to facilitate learning
Monitoring student progress and offering constructive feedback and support
Collaborating with parents, teachers, and stakeholders to ensure student success
Effectively managing your schedule to accommodate student needs
Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements

Flexibility and adaptability in teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
Professional and timely communication skills
Proficiency with online tutoring tools
Ability to connect with students on a personal level and make learning engaging

Patience and empathy towards student challenges
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of professional tutoring experience
1+ years of online tutoring experience
Fast, reliable internet connection
Own a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones
A professional, quiet environment for conducting tutoring sessions
U.S.-based bank account and a valid SSN
Strong subject matter expertise in the areas you will be teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management abilities
Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with 70% of your availability during peak demand hours (Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 11pm Eastern)
