Online Coding Teacher ( for Middle School Students )

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing student engagement. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs. The School Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing academic support.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Utilize instructional design techniques to create effective learning experiences.
• Provide specialized instruction for students with special education needs.
• Teach subjects including Algebra and Cell Biology, ensuring comprehension through various teaching methods.
• Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic progress and challenges.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring additional support.
• Participate in academic advising to guide students in their educational journey.
• Collaborate with fellow educators on curriculum development and best practices.
• Proofread educational materials to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and curriculum development processes.
• Familiarity with special education practices and strategies is a plus.
• Proficiency in teaching Algebra and Cell Biology concepts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate interaction with students and parents.
• Ability to dissect complex topics into manageable lessons for diverse learners.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching methodologies.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.53 – $23.67 per hour

Physical Setting:
• Online school

Schedule:
• After school
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
