We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students in a private school setting. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage young learners effectively. The Elementary School Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children, ensuring they develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Duties
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Educate students in core subjects such as math, reading, science, and social studies.
• Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
• Provide support for students with special education needs and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with other educators and participate in education administration tasks as needed.
• Foster a love for learning by creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective communication.
• Familiarity with special education practices and the ability to support diverse learners.
• Proficiency in utilizing learning technology to enhance educational outcomes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.65 – $22.70 per hour
Schedule:
• After school
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
