We are looking for experienced and passionate online PreK/K5 English tutors to join our team. As an online English tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students from around the world, helping them to improve their English skills and reach their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment that will help your students meet their English learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you’ll teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English.
– Conduct one-on-one online English tutoring sessions with K12 students
– Standardized lesson plans will be provided, but you need to be able to tailor and implement personalized lesson plans based on student needs and learning styles if necessary
– Oversee students’ progress by tracking their assignment and assessment scores, in order to provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress
– Communicate with parents and… teachers as needed to ensure student success
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
– Experience teaching English to elementary/early childhood students, preferably in an online environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong understanding of English grammar and usage
