Facilitate interactive online sessions lasting 25, 15, and 7 minutes.

Maintain consistent reliability and punctuality in all responsibilities.
Adhere to established guidelines and protocols.
Ensure timely completion and submission of all forms and feedback.
Experience:
Prior experience in teaching ESL.
Well-versed in effective ESL teaching strategies.
Proficient with online teaching platforms and technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedicated to creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Skilled in managing classrooms and student dynamics effectively.
Proven ability to deliver engaging lessons with leadership.
Experienced in using intuitive methods to teach lower-level ESL students.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university REQUIRED.
Must be a citizen of the US, Canada, or the UK. (Applications from other countries will not be considered.)
Must have a landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable).
English must be your FIRST Language.
Working headset with a microphone (No Earbuds).
Passport or Driver’s License for identification purposes.
Clean and professional background and workspace setup.
Display a professional demeanor and attire.
Teaching experience, including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or related roles, is preferred but not required.
Teaching certificates and ESL credentials are desired but not mandatory.
Work Hours:
AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (18:00-22:00 PM EST) – Depending on availability
PM Shift: 19:00-23:00 PM KST (06:00-10:00 AM EST) – Preferred and Priority
*KST=Korean Standard Hours
-Applicants must commit to working a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (M-F)
