Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee online discussion groups, typically managing three groups with a defined number of students in each.
Monitor and evaluate student participation in discussions, ensuring timely feedback and grades are provided, generally by Saturday evening each week.
Grade all assignments within your assigned groups, encompassing discussions, written unit assignments, and presentations, while accurately recording grades in the online grading system.
Maintain consistent communication with the Instructor of Record regarding any challenges, potential issues, or recommendations for course improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an AACSB-accredited institution, OR
Completion of 18 graduate-level credit hours in a related discipline from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master’s degree in General Business from an AACSB-accredited institution.
Professional licensure or certification in a relevant area.
Relevant professional experience in General Business.
Prior experience in online teaching or facilitation.
