Compensation and Benefits

Skills
• Strong background in tutoring or teaching, especially in virtual settings.
• Ability to make learning engaging and interactive, with a student-centered approach.
• Understanding of special education accommodations and support for students with learning disabilities is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Provide engaging group tutoring sessions in Math & ELA, catering to students from grades K-12.
• Focus on making learning fun, interactive, and tailored to the needs of each group.
• Deliver lessons that promote understanding and academic success across various grade levels.
• Support students in a virtual classroom environment, utilizing digital tools and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of the class.
• Ability to pass a background check (if required).
Education Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
Experience Requirements
• Experience working with special education students is highly preferred.
• Flexible availability for contract opportunities with potential for additional assignments.
