#### Role Overview…
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching Japanese and creating engaging online learning experiences for high school and middle school students (ages 12 to 18). Our online courses aim to meet students’ World Language requirements and range from Middle School and High School Levels 1-6+, encompassing conversational and test/prep courses.

#### Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one online lessons utilizing Microsoft Teams.
• Assign and evaluate homework and projects to assess student learning.
• Monitor and track student grades and overall progress.
• Cultivate a student-centered learning environment that prioritizes engagement and success.
• Provide genuine respect and support to all students.
#### Qualifications
• 1-2+ years of experience teaching Japanese, either in an online setting or at a school.
• Native-like proficiency in Japanese.
• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong comfort level with technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Availability during US time zones (PST), with preference for evening hours.
