Our mission is to transform education by combining subject expertise with a genuine passion for teaching. We’ve grown rapidly since our start in 2020, expanding from math tutoring to include subjects such as English Language Arts, sciences, languages, test prep, computer science, and business math.
Position Overview
As a Tutor, you will:
Communicate professionally and promptly with students, parents, and our team.
Assess students’ current knowledge and understanding of the subject.
Create and implement customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
Deliver clear, engaging instruction to foster learning.
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback and support.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support student success.
Manage your schedule effectively to meet student needs.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years of professional tutoring experience.
A minimum of 1 year of online tutoring experience.
Ability to tutor all sections of the SAT, with a strong grasp of other academic subjects.
Fast and reliable internet connection.
Access to a computer or laptop, stylus pen, and headphones.
A professional, quiet environment for conducting sessions.
A U.S.-based bank account and a valid SSN.
Excellent subject matter expertise in your teaching areas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management skills.
Availability for at least 10 hours per week, with 70% of availability during peak times (Monday – Thursday, 3 pm – 11 pm Eastern).
