Location: Greensboro, NC (remote position, no residency required)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1099 Independent Contractor (35-40 hours/week)
We are working with a school district in North Carolina who has multiple remote Special Education needs. These positions within the district are diverse, however each position will include the following general Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct virtual evaluations and monitor student growth
Coordinate with general educators, parents, and specialized professionals
Deliver tailored instruction through online learning platforms
Maintain detailed and accurate educational records
Engage in virtual team meetings and ongoing professional growth
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Active state licensure in Special Education (required)
Expertise in digital teaching tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity in developing engaging online lessons
Adaptability and innovative problem-solving aptitude
