Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized online instruction to students with various disabilities
• Create and manage digital resources for special education curriculum
• Implement behavior intervention plans in a virtual learning environment
• Conduct online assessments and document student progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Facilitate virtual meetings with parents and guardians
• Stay updated on special education laws and best practices for online learning
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Current special education teaching license
• 3+ years of experience working with students with diverse needs
• Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to inclusive education and student advocacy
