Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of students.
Conduct online assessments and monitor student progress regularly.
Deliver one-on-one and small group instruction through video conferencing.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster student success.
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
Adapt curriculum and teaching materials to accommodate the needs of special education students.
Stay updated on best practices in special education and online teaching methods.
What We’re Looking For
A Master’s degree in Special Education is preferred.
Current teaching certification with an endorsement in special education.
At least 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Knowledge of various learning disabilities and effective intervention strategies.
Strong technology skills and comfort with new digital tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
