Key Responsibilities…
Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Conduct online assessments and track student progress to ensure their success.
Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group instruction through video conferencing.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive and effective learning environment.
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of special education students.
Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in special education and online teaching.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Special Education is preferred.
Current teaching certification with a special education endorsement.
At least 3 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
Knowledge of various learning disabilities and effective intervention strategies.
Proficiency with technology and a willingness to adapt to new digital tools.
Excellent Organizational Skills And Strong Time Management Capabilities.
