Position Overview:
IPERC is looking to hire experienced U.S.-based teachers to provide online interview coaching for international students applying to American high schools. Ideal candidates will have relevant teaching or coaching experience, preferably within U.S. educational institutions. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, making it perfect for current educators or college students with teaching experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct interview preparation sessions with international high school students.
• Utilize provided training and teaching materials to deliver high-quality coaching.
• Tailor guidance to each student’s needs to enhance their performance in school interviews.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in teaching or coaching preferred.
• Familiarity with U.S. high school admission processes is a plus.
• Ability to teach early morning sessions on weekdays or weekends (U.S. time).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed.
Job Details:
• Compensation: $25 per hour
• Hours: Flexible scheduling, primarily morning and weekend classes (U.S. time)
