We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed therapist to join our outpatient therapy team on a part-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. This position offers flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.
*Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, or groups in an outpatient setting.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
– Stay updated on best practices and new therapeutic techniques relevant to outpatient services.
– Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of client information.
– Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
*Qualifications:**
– Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. – Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) is required.
– Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. – Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
