We are seeking five dedicated Paraprofessionals to support middle school students in a center-based classroom setting, with 8-12 students. Paraprofessionals will assist in daily classroom activities, provide one-on-one support to students, and work closely with teachers to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students with academic, social, and emotional needs
Assist the classroom teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
Support students with staying on task and managing behaviors
Collaborate with educators and staff to meet individual student goals
Special Requirements:
Must have passed the ParaPro Test or hold a Paraprofessional Certification
Experience working with middle school students is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
