Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions for new hires on customer service, call handling, and English language skills.
• Develop training materials and resources to support the learning process.
• Assess employees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and trainees’ performance.
Requirements:
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in teaching, training, or related fields is preferred.
• Flexibility in working hours to accommodate training sessions.
• Must be able to work at least 4 hours a day Monday- Friday.
• If you are in Pacific Central or Eastern time, you will work a Night shift. As My Care International is located in India, you will work with our India day staff.
