Responsibilities:
-Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons tailored to the needs of Spanish-speaking employees.
-Develop and implement lesson plans that focus on improving vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
-Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and support.
-Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and language development.
-Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels.
-Collaborate with employees to set language learning goals and track their progress.
Requirements:
-Native or near-native English proficiency.
-Proven experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably to Spanish speakers.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-High level of patience and the ability to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students effectively.
-Flexible availability, with the capacity to work 5 to 15 hours per week
