What You’ll Do…
Deliver Engaging Instruction: Provide online special education teaching in reading and math, ensuring that each student receives personalized and effective support.
Create Individualized Plans: Develop and implement tailored learning plans that address each student’s unique needs and goals.
Monitor Progress: Assess and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to maximize learning outcomes.
Collaborate: Work closely with classroom teachers and parents to support student growth and address any challenges.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
Certification: Colorado teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
Experience: Proven experience in elementary special education, especially in reading and math.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with virtual teaching platforms and tools.
