We are in search of a dedicated part-time math teacher to develop and lead our live online Algebra I Summer Accelerator course. This presents an exciting opportunity to join the faculty of one of the nation’s esteemed Christian academic institutions. Compensation: $4,800 Stipend
Duration: July 1st – August 16th; Monday to Thursday, 9:30-10:50 am
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online Algebra I lessons and provide constructive feedback to students.
Customize existing course materials and assessments as necessary.
Evaluate student assessments promptly.
Prior Experience In Live Online Teaching Is Essential.
Ideally, candidates should possess at least five years of teaching experience in mathematics.
Qualifications
A master’s degree in math or math education is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adhere to grading deadlines.
High energy, strong work ethic, and the ability to connect effectively with teenagers in an online environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to responsiveness.
