Key Responsibilities
Follow all policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
Develop engaging lesson plans utilizing multimedia and adult learning techniques.
Teach assigned courses, evaluate student performance, and support student growth. Track attendance, performance, and grades.
Participate in faculty/staff meetings and other administrative activities.
Attend graduation ceremonies as required.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in your field.
Perform additional duties or special projects as needed.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a supportive campus environment.
Represent the institution positively both professionally and personally.
Work on-site as required, with the possibility of remote work when on-site presence is not necessary (subject to changes in remote work policy).
Qualifications
Relevant licensure or certification required by the state for the subject area you’ll be instructing.
