## Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and possess the skills necessary to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for preschool-aged students. ## Duties – Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children – Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students – Utilize various teaching methods to ensure all students are able to learn effectively – Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s individual needs – Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive… activities – Manage classroom activities and maintain a well-organized and tidy learning space ## Requirements – Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred – Experience working with preschool-aged children – Knowledge of Montessori or other early childhood education methodologies – Strong classroom management skills – Ability to work with children with diverse learning needs, including those with autism – Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Passion for educating young children and promoting literacy skills
